Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate, San Francisco

Leading global law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its San Francisco office with a mixed Litigation and Corporate practice. The role will handle complex commercial disputes and corporate governance matters for U.S. and international clients.

The ideal candidate will bring an established, portable practice, proven client relationships, and the ability to originate and grow work. You will lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across domestic and cross-border teams.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance.
• Portable book of business and demonstrable client origination history.
• Track record of leading matters, managing teams, and developing client relationships.
• Admission to the relevant state bar (California preferred) and ability to work in the San Francisco office.
