Lateral Partner — Litigation & Corporate, Silicon Valley

Seeking a partner (or partner-led team) to expand a Silicon Valley office's commercial litigation and corporate transactional platform. The role focuses on high-value commercial disputes and complex M&A and corporate matters across technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and automotive sectors.

The team will handle cross-border matters and coordinate with market teams in New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany. The hiring group prefers acquiring teams or partners with an established, portable practice and anchor client relationships to accelerate transactional and litigation volume.

• Partner-level experience handling big‑ticket commercial litigation and complex M&A/corporate transactions.
• Proven record leading or originating work and managing teams.
• Portable practice with established client relationships preferred.
• Experience on cross‑border matters and familiarity with technology, life sciences, financial services or energy/automotive sectors.
• Admission to relevant U.S. bar(s) and willingness to base in Silicon Valley.
