Top-tier U.S. law firm is seeking a partner to join its Austin litigation team. The role focuses on commercial litigation with significant work across labor & employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes. You will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices on complex, high-stakes matters.

The firm is looking for a partner able to grow and manage a portable practice, develop client relationships and contribute to firm business development initiatives. The position offers responsibility for case strategy, courtroom advocacy and cross-practice coordination on regulated-industry and construction-related disputes.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on employment/labor and commercial disputes.
Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex matters from intake through resolution.
Track record of business development and client relationship management; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; able to supervise teams and work collaboratively across practice areas.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
