Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a commercial litigation and labor & employment practice in the Des Moines office of a national US firm. The role will handle a mix of employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related disputes and regulatory matters.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and managing client relationships, leading case teams, and delivering litigation and counseling services across the listed practice areas. This is a visible role with opportunities to expand regional work and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial commercial litigation and labor & employment experience.
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships; portable client relationships are a plus.
Experience handling professional liability, healthcare or construction-related matters preferred.
Demonstrated trial and case-management experience and ability to lead teams.
