Leading national law firm seeks a partner-level litigator to join its Miami office and expand established litigation and labor & employment capabilities. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability and industry-specific matters in healthcare and construction.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable record of courtroom experience, client management and team leadership. This is a visible role with responsibility for originating and cultivating client relationships and collaborating with cross-practice teams on complex, high-stakes matters.

Proven partner- or senior associate-level litigation experience, with significant employment/labor matters.
Experience handling professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred.
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice welcomed.
Demonstrated team leadership and the ability to manage complex caseloads.
Active bar admission in Florida (or eligible) and ability to work from the Miami office.
