Lateral Partner — Litigation & Healthcare, Austin

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Austin litigation team with a focus on healthcare disputes and technology-related commercial litigation. The role will handle complex matters including managed care and False Claims Act defense, as well as litigation arising from cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.

The successful candidate will split time between courtroom and client-facing work, developing and expanding healthcare and technology litigation practices. This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for originating business and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience in healthcare disputes, including FCA/managed care matters
• Track record advising on technology-linked litigation (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency)
• Demonstrated business development and client-management capabilities
