Senior litigation partner opportunity in Houston for an experienced trial and appellate lawyer focused on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role centers on defending healthcare clients (including FCA and managed care matters) and handling complex commercial litigation involving AI, cyber security and cryptocurrency issues.

The hiring group combines deep healthcare regulatory and litigation expertise with a growing technology disputes practice. This role is suited to a partner who can lead cases, mentor junior lawyers, and help expand the practice through client development.

Portable practice and a demonstrable book of business are welcome; the position offers a platform and resources to support continued growth of a litigation practice in the healthcare and tech sectors.

Established partner-level litigation experience, with significant work in healthcare disputes (including FCA/managed care) and/or technology-related business litigation.
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
Track record of client development; portable business encouraged.
Ability to lead matters, develop business, and mentor junior attorneys; admission or eligibility to practice in Texas preferred.
