Lateral Partner — Litigation, Hong Kong

Senior litigation partner opportunity with a well-regarded international law firm’s Hong Kong office. The role will lead complex commercial disputes, cross-border restructurings and international arbitration matters involving clients across the region.

The team combines litigation and restructuring expertise on multi-jurisdictional matters; the successful candidate will be expected to take a lead role on strategy, client development and case management, working closely with regional colleagues.

Applicants should have an established, portable practice and demonstrable client relationships relevant to commercial litigation, arbitration and restructuring in Greater China and Asia.

• Proven track record as a senior litigation partner with experience in cross-border commercial disputes and international arbitration.
• Experience on restructuring/insolvency matters desirable.
• Established, portable client base and demonstrable origination/business development ability in the region.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams across jurisdictions; admissions and local practice eligibility as required for Hong Kong.
