Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established maritime and aviation practice from a major international office. The role combines high-end transactional and contentious work across shipping, aviation and related trade/commodities matters, with responsibility for client development and team leadership.

The team advises international corporates, insurers and trading houses on cross-border disputes, regulatory matters and complex commercial transactions. The firm is seeking a senior practitioner able to develop client relationships across the region and strengthen sector-focused capabilities.

Proven partner-level experience in maritime and aviation law, with a track record on cross-border transactional and contentious matters
Strong client development and business-generation skills; ability to win and retain international clients
Experience managing and mentoring fee-earners and running a profitable practice group
Admitted to practise in a relevant common law jurisdiction (or equivalent qualification)
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
