A leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Irvine office to strengthen litigation, intellectual property and corporate capabilities. The role suits an experienced partner with a portable practice who wants to collaborate across a regional platform.

The team handles complex civil litigation, product-liability and mass-tort matters, patent and IP litigation, and corporate governance/ERISA-related work. The office offers opportunities to work with hybrid West Coast and East Coast practices and to help grow regional presence.

Established partner with significant experience in litigation, IP litigation or corporate work.
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred; ability to originate and develop client relationships.
Track record managing complex matters or high-value corporate transactions and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Irvine office/region.
