Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — Denver

Established national law firm platform is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver office focusing on litigation and intellectual property matters. The role will sit in a busy, cross-practice environment that includes significant product liability, mass tort and ERISA-related work, with opportunity to collaborate across corporate and IP teams.

The group is prioritizing partners with an established, portable practice who can contribute immediately through fee generation and client relationships. The firm offers flexible office placement options within its regional network and considers equity on a case-by-case basis.

• Partner-level litigation or IP practitioner with significant courtroom and/or patent litigation experience
• Proven book of business or demonstrable portable client relationships
• Strong business development and client-management skills
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
