An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin office and help lead its litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust and competition practices. This is a significant platform opportunity for a partner with an existing client following and a demonstrated ability to grow a practice.

The role spans complex commercial litigation, patent litigation with a particular focus on life sciences and technology, and antitrust and competition matters, often involving private equity clients. You will have the opportunity to work across several of the firm's key industries, including private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy.

The firm operates an open compensation system and offers a collaborative, partner-driven culture with a strong Texas and national presence. This is a chance to build and lead a team while serving high-value clients in sophisticated matters.

• Admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
• Significant partner-level experience in litigation, intellectual property, and/or antitrust and competition law
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Strong track record in patent litigation (life sciences/technology) and/or antitrust work, ideally with private equity clients
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships
