Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-regarded Pacific-region firm’s Kelowna litigation team. The role focuses on general commercial litigation and will complement existing local strengths.

The successful candidate will handle a full litigation docket, appear at mediations and hearings, and work with a small team of litigators and support staff. The office values commercial judgement, client stewardship, and practical courtroom experience.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships, though requirements are flexible for a strong junior partner demonstrating growth potential.

Established litigation practice with partner- or senior-associate-level experience in commercial litigation
Admitted to the relevant provincial bar (British Columbia) or eligible for call
Proven advocacy and litigation management skills (motions, discovery, hearings)
Business-development capability and/or a portable client network preferred; firm flexible for candidates showing clear growth potential
