Partner — Commercial Leasing, Kelowna

Senior commercial real estate partner role based in Kelowna focused on leasing matters for local and regional clients. The role will work closely with the firm’s existing leasing team to lead matters originating in the Kelowna market and support cross-office instructions.

Ideal candidates will have a track record advising landlords and tenants on complex lease negotiations, renewals and portfolio leasing, and be able to generate and develop local client relationships. The firm offers access to broader real estate resources and transactional support across offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in commercial leasing
• Proven client development and relationship management skills in the Kelowna or Okanagan market
• Licensed to practice in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction
