Senior banking and lending partner opportunity in Kelowna with a well-established regional firm. The role will lead and grow a commercial banking practice, advising on lending, secured transactions and related commercial finance matters.

You'll collaborate closely with a larger regional team for complex or cross-jurisdictional deals while maintaining a visible local presence for relationship development. A portable practice or demonstrable business-development track record is advantageous; the firm is flexible on book size depending on seniority and growth potential.

Established partner-level experience in commercial banking and lending transactions
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred but size is flexible
Comfort collaborating with a regional team on larger, multi-jurisdiction matters
Strong transaction management, drafting and negotiation skills
