Senior banking and lending partner role in the Kelowna office of a well‑established Canadian firm. The position will handle local middle‑market credit work while coordinating with a larger regional team for bigger transactions.

We are looking for a partner who can build and lead a commercial banking practice in the region, contribute to client development, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on more complex mandates.

Significant experience advising banks, lenders and borrowers on commercial lending matters
Proven client development and relationship management skills suitable for partner level
Admission to the relevant Canadian bar (British Columbia preferred) and ability to practise in Kelowna
Comfort working collaboratively with a larger regional team on complex transactions
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
