Lateral Partner, Litigation — Missoula

Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy Missoula office handling commercial litigation with a focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role will lead case strategy, supervise associates, and manage complex client engagements across local and national matters.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in securities-related disputes and white-collar defense, strong trial or arbitration experience, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships, including handling private-client work and smaller-fee matters when required.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience, including securities and white-collar matters
• Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Demonstrated business development and client-management skills
• Experience leading teams and managing courtroom or arbitration proceedings
