Lateral Partner — Litigation — New York

Senior litigation partner opportunity with a major national firm to lead commercial litigation matters from the New York office. The role involves taking primary responsibility for significant, high-stakes disputes, supervising fee-earners, and driving litigation strategy across complex commercial and business tort matters.

The partner will work closely with existing litigation teams, mentor associates, and build/maintain client relationships. Strong courtroom experience and the ability to convert client relationships into repeat instructions are required.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level commercial litigation experience, including substantial trial and motion practice
• Proven business-development track record and client relationship management
• Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates; excellent communication and leadership skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain)
