Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team. The role involves leading complex commercial and civil litigation matters, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to strategy across high‑stakes disputes.

The firm handles a broad range of matters across industry sectors; the successful candidate will work closely with cross‑practice teams and help grow the practice through client development and matter leadership. • Admission to the New York bar.
• Proven partner‑level litigation experience handling complex commercial or civil cases; courtroom and motion practice experience preferred.
• Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and managing teams on large matters.
• Demonstrated business development ability; a portable practice or client relationships preferred.
• Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and client management skills.
