Lateral Partner, Litigation — Northern Virginia (McLean)

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced litigation partner to join its Northern Virginia (McLean) office. The role is focused on commercial and civil litigation matters, handling complex disputes across state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates are established first-chair trial lawyers with a record of leading litigation teams and driving business development. The team offers significant resources and cross-practice support for high-stakes matters.

Portable practices and developed client relationships will be seriously considered.

• Proven first-chair trial experience in commercial or civil litigation
• Active bar admission in Virginia (or eligibility to transfer/obtain admission)
• Track record of originating or cultivating client work and managing litigation teams
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience in federal and state courts
