Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston litigation team, with a strong focus on securities-related matters and white-collar defense. The role offers a senior leadership position handling complex commercial and regulatory disputes across state and federal forums.

The ideal candidate will take a leading role in case strategy, courtroom advocacy and client counseling, and will work collaboratively with litigators across the region. A portable practice is welcomed but not required; the team supports growth through cross-office referrals and institutional resources.

Partner-level litigation experience with a focus on securities enforcement, regulatory investigations or white-collar defense
Proven trial and motion practice; strong courtroom presence
Demonstrated client development and the ability to manage and mentor a litigation team
Admission to the Texas bar or ability to obtain admission
