Established national law firm is looking for a lateral partner to join its Miami litigation group, focusing on securities-related disputes and white-collar matters. The role will blend courtroom and investigative work, handling complex commercial and regulatory litigation for corporate and individual clients.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced trial lawyer who can lead matters, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers. The team handles high-stakes, contested matters across state and federal courts and works closely with regulatory and compliance specialists when matters overlap.

Established partner-level litigation background with significant experience in securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense.
Proven trial and motion experience in state and federal courts; strong advocacy and case-management skills.
Track record of developing client relationships; portable practice or business development capability welcome.
Bar admission in Florida or ability to gain admission; excellent drafting, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
