Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, Dallas

Senior partner-level opportunity for an attorney with established litigation and technology practice experience. The role will focus on fintech, cyber security, corporate governance and related corporate/M&A matters, with responsibility for handling complex disputes and advising clients on technology-driven transactions and risk.

The successful candidate will build and lead teams, develop client relationships, and drive business development, with an emphasis on work across the West Coast market. This opening is with a national/international firm seeking a market-facing partner to expand its technology and fintech platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in litigation and technology-related matters, including fintech and cyber security
• Track record of originating work and leading client relationships
