Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, New York

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Litigation team in New York with a strong focus on technology-related disputes.

The role will handle complex commercial litigation matters, including class actions and privacy/data-protection disputes, across cutting-edge tech and regulated-industry clients. The team combines trial capability with strategic counseling on technology risk and regulatory exposure.

Ideal candidates will lead engagements, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively across practice groups on high‑profile, high‑stakes matters.

• Established partner with significant litigation experience, preferably handling technology-related disputes
• Proven track record in class actions and/or privacy & data‑protection matters
• Strong trial and motion practice skills; comfort managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Demonstrated client development ability; portable practice welcomed
