Lateral Partner — Patent & Antitrust Litigation (Austin)

Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin litigation team with a primary focus on patent litigation in life sciences and technology and significant antitrust/private equity-related disputes. The role will support complex, high-stakes trial and appellate work for sophisticated corporate clients across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, nationally connected practice that handles cross-border IP and competition matters and works closely with corporate teams on related transactional and regulatory issues. This is an opportunity to lead high-profile litigation, mentor junior lawyers, and expand a portable practice within a busy regional hub.

• Experienced partner-level trial litigator with a strong background in patent litigation and antitrust/competition disputes, especially involving life sciences and technology clients.
• Proven record of originating and managing client relationships and a portable practice appropriate for a partner role.
• Admissions or ability to become admitted in Texas; experience leading teams at trial and on appeal.
• Excellent drafting, courtroom, and client-facing skills; comfort working on matters with national and international scope.
