Lateral Partner — Privacy & Data Protection, Los Angeles

Leading technology-focused law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles privacy and data-security team. The role will focus on counseling corporate clients on data protection, incident response, vendor agreements, cross-border data transfers and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have an established privacy practice and the ability to bring a portable client base. The position involves originating and managing matters, supervising junior lawyers, and collaborating with national practice colleagues on high‑value engagements.

• Partner-level experience in privacy, data security, and related technology counseling
• Proven track record of client development and a portable practice or demonstrable business origination
• Strong matter management and team leadership skills
• Active admission to the California bar (or eligible to transfer) and JD or equivalent
