Lateral Partner — Project Finance & Energy

Experienced partner-level hire sought to lead and grow a project finance and energy practice within a well-established regional US law firm. The role will focus on financings, power project development, renewable energy transactions, and related construction and procurement matters.

Ideal candidate will advise developers, lenders, and commercial counterparties across tax-structured deals, power purchase arrangements and regulatory matters, while helping to expand the firm s team and client base in energy and infrastructure.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in project finance, renewable energy, power purchase and related construction agreements
• Strong tax and regulatory knowledge relevant to energy and infrastructure transactions
• Track record growing client relationships and mentoring fee-earners
