Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlanta real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality counsel on transactional and dispute matters across commercial real estate, development, and construction projects.

You will lead client relationships, develop and expand business, and mentor teams on complex matters. The position offers a platform with substantial regional and national work streams and collaboration with cross‑practice teams.

Established partner with a proven real estate and/or construction practice.
Demonstrated track record of originating and managing client matters and developing business.
Experience leading transactional and/or construction litigation matters and supervising junior lawyers.
Strong communication, client management and team leadership skills; active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to waive/obtain admission.
