The partner will lead client relationships, manage deal teams, and develop business across institutional and project-based real estate matters. The position suits an experienced partner-level lawyer with a strong transactional background and comfort advising on cross-disciplinary matters (healthcare, energy, finance).

Partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction transactions (leasing, development, project work)
Experience advising healthcare and renewable energy clients a plus
Comfort with transactional finance documentation and lender work
Proven team leadership and client-management skills; business development capability preferred (portable practice welcomed but not strictly required)
J.D. and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
