Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a Real Estate and Construction practice in Charlotte. The role will focus on counseling developers, owners, lenders and contractors on transactional and project-related matters across the development lifecycle.

The partner will handle complex real estate and construction transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. Candidates with an established client base or the ability to originate and grow client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, with a strong transactional and/or project practice.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Bar admission in the relevant state (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
Ability or willingness to develop a portable practice and contribute to business development efforts.
