Top-tier law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a transactional real estate and construction practice in the Charlotte market. The role will handle complex leasing, development and construction matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development.

The partner will work with deal teams on financings and project work, advise institutional and private clients, and help grow client relationships in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is valued; a formal minimum book of business is not required.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, leasing and development matters
Sector experience with healthcare facilities, renewable energy projects, industrial/logistics or resort development
Strong transactional and financing experience relevant to real estate projects
Demonstrable client-development skills and ability to build a regional practice
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
