Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago real estate and construction practice. The role combines commercial real estate transactional work with construction-related matters, representing developers, owners, lenders and contractors on a range of projects.

The team advises on acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, development agreements, construction contracts, risk allocation and dispute avoidance. The practice works across commercial, mixed‑use and institutional real estate matters and collaborates with related practice groups.

Established partner with a track record in real estate and construction transactions.
Experience advising on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development and construction contract negotiation and claims avoidance.
Strong client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business is preferred.
Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to qualify.
