Leading German commercial law practice is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Düsseldorf Real Estate & Construction team. The role will handle complex construction and infrastructure matters across advisory and project phases for domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, develop client relationships and grow a specialist project practice within an established team. There is flexibility around the required portable practice; candidates with a demonstrable book of business or strong origination ability are encouraged to apply.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany (or equivalent) with significant partner-level experience in construction and real estate law
Proven track record leading complex construction, infrastructure or large-scale real estate projects
Business development and client relationship skills; ability to manage and grow a portable practice
Fluency in German and strong English; team leadership and commercial awareness
