Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation, Albuquerque

Senior litigation partner role within a U.S. practice focused on construction, real estate and related commercial disputes. The team handles trial and arbitration matters for owners, contractors and developers across the region.

The hire will lead local litigation matters, supervise associates, and work with cross-practice teams on construction-related disputes and transactional risk mitigation. This is an opportunity to grow a practice in a busy Southwestern market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Track record of originating and managing significant litigation matters and client relationships
• Admissions and standing to practice in New Mexico (or ability to obtain promptly)
