Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Buffalo

Senior partner-level opening for an experienced construction and real estate litigator to lead and expand a regional practice from the Buffalo office. The role combines courtroom advocacy, dispute resolution and client counseling for owners, contractors and other construction-sector clients.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for originating work, supervising associates and building cross-practice relationships with transactional real estate and risk-management teams. This is a visible leadership role within a national US firm with an established construction litigation platform.

• Proven track record in construction-related litigation and commercial disputes
• Significant partner-level experience managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the Buffalo region
