Established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its construction and real estate litigation practice in the Columbus office. The role combines courtroom advocacy, counseling on construction disputes, and development of a book of business across commercial real estate and construction matters.
The successful candidate will join a team handling high-stakes construction litigation, contract disputes, and related real estate controversies for a range of commercial clients. The position offers a platform to build client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on transactional and dispute-resolution work.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner with significant experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
- Strong trial and arbitration experience, with proven advocacy and case-management skills
- Demonstrated business-development track record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
- Bar admission in Ohio (or ability to gain admission) and readiness to be based in Columbus
