Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation - Houston

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its Houston real estate and construction litigation practice. The role focuses on high‑stakes construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related contested matters across Texas.

The successful candidate will handle trial and arbitration work, supervise associates, and play a visible role in client relationship management and business development. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with national support while maintaining a client‑facing, origination role locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Proven trial and/or arbitration record and experience supervising litigation teams
• Strong business development and client management skills in the Houston market
• Active bar admission in Texas or eligibility to transfer
