Lateral Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Livingston

Senior partner role to lead and grow a construction-focused real estate litigation practice in the firm’s Livingston office. The role emphasizes courtroom and arbitration experience, matter leadership, and business development in construction and commercial real estate disputes.

You'll manage and mentor litigation teams, handle high-stakes matters across the lifecycle of disputes, and work with cross-practice colleagues where matters touch contracts, indemnity, and risk allocation. The firm seeks a partner who will both service existing clients and originate new engagements.

• Significant experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation, including trials or arbitration
