Established, national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Louisville office to lead and expand the Real Estate and Construction litigation practice. The role focuses on counseling and representing property owners, developers, contractors and related stakeholders in complex construction disputes and commercial real estate litigation.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a portable practice or develop new client relationships, work closely with local and national teams on litigation matters, and help grow the office’s construction-focused capabilities.

Proven litigation partner with substantial experience in construction and commercial real estate disputes
Track record of handling complex construction litigation matters in state and federal courts
Business-development orientation with an ability to bring or grow a portable book of business
Strong trial, motion practice and client-management skills; admission to practice in relevant jurisdictions preferred
