Lateral Partner — Real Estate, Construction & Litigation (Missoula)

Leading practice seeking an experienced partner to head and grow real estate, construction and related commercial litigation work from the Missoula office. The role offers client-facing responsibility across dispute resolution, contract claims, and transactional disputes for owners, contractors and developers.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role on matters, manage and mentor associates, and collaborate with regional teams on cross-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to build a practice supported by an established platform while operating with significant autonomy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience handling construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Proven trial and motion practice; courtroom experience preferred
• Demonstrated business development skills and ability to lead a team
• Active bar admission in Montana or ability to become admitted
