Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Philadelphia

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to expand its real estate and construction litigation practice in the Philadelphia office. The role focuses on handling complex construction- and real-estate-related disputes, managing client relationships, and supervising case strategy from pleadings through trial and appeal.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative litigation team and work across practice groups on matters involving commercial property, contractor disputes, and allied transactional issues. There is an expectation to help grow the local practice through client development and referral channels.

• Established construction and real estate litigation experience, including trial and dispositive motion work.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate with transactional teams.
• Strong client-development track record; a portable practice or demonstrable business origination ability is welcome.
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania bar or ability to obtain admission.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and a history of handling complex commercial disputes.
