Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice from the firm’s Portland office. The role will handle complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related matters across the region.

The ideal candidate will join an established litigation platform, collaborate with local and national teams, and take responsibility for originating and managing client relationships. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience with a focus on construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Proven trial and courtroom experience; strong record of case management and client counseling
Demonstrable business development/origination skills and ability to grow a portable practice
Licensed to practice in Oregon (or able to obtain admission) and able to work from the Portland office
Experience supervising associates and working collaboratively across practice groups
