Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Williamsburg office to lead construction-focused litigation and real estate disputes. The role will handle commercial construction matters, contested real estate issues and related litigation across the region.

The team represents owners, developers, contractors and insurers on complex construction defect, contract and surety disputes. The new partner will work with an experienced litigation team and have opportunities to expand a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and/or complex real estate disputes
Track record of managing trial and arbitration matters and supervising litigation teams
Business development capability and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer admissions
