Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Miami real estate and construction practice. The role will focus on complex leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters, with significant crossover into healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related transactions.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team advising lenders, developers and sponsors on transactional and project matters. The hire will have a senior client-facing role and work collaboratively across related practices in the U.S.

Established partner with deep experience in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing and development.
Experience advising on healthcare-related real estate matters and renewable energy or infrastructure projects preferred.
Comfort working on finance-related real estate matters and with institutional lenders/borrowers.
No minimum portable book of business required; a portable practice is welcome.
