Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Milwaukee real estate and construction team. The role will combine senior-level client counseling, deal work and project oversight across commercial real estate, development and construction matters.

The position is open to candidates nationwide; the team welcomes experienced partners with an established, portable practice who can contribute business development and client leadership. The hire will work closely with a multi-disciplinary group serving institutional, developer and contractor clients.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law (transactions, contracting, risk allocation, and related project work).
Proven business development and client relationship track record; portable book of business considered.
Demonstrated ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team.
Admission to the Wisconsin bar or ability to become authorized to practice in Wisconsin.
