Senior partner-level opportunity in a well-regarded German law firm to lead and grow the Real Estate and Construction practice from the Munich office. The role covers transactional and advisory work across real estate development, construction contracts, and infrastructure-related projects.

The successful candidate will advise developers, investors and contractors on complex projects, dispute avoidance and strategic structuring. There is scope to shape the team, take on high-value mandates and work across related specialties.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the firm is receptive to candidates who can bring an established practice and develop new business in the region.

Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent), with significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction law.
Proven track record advising on development projects, construction contracts and infrastructure matters.
Established client relationships and business development capability at partner level preferred.
Fluent in German and English; strong negotiation and team leadership skills.
