Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Real Estate and Construction team in Nashville. The role will lead and develop transactional and project-based work across commercial real estate, development, and construction matters, working with cross-disciplinary practice groups and industry-focused teams.

Open to candidates nationwide; the firm welcomes partners with an established, portable practice and demonstrated client relationships. This is a visible role with opportunities for business development, team leadership, and collaboration on regional and national matters.

Established partner-level real estate and/or construction practice.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred.
Strong transactional and project management skills (development, leasing, acquisitions, construction contracts/claims).
Excellent business development, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
Bar admission or eligibility to practice in Tennessee (or willingness to qualify).
