Leading, established law firm is seeking a partner to join its Nashville real estate and construction team. The role focuses on complex transactional and development matters across sectors including industrial/logistics, renewable energy, healthcare and resort development.

The position offers a chance to lead significant deals and advise lenders, owners and developers on leasing, acquisition, disposition, project finance and construction-related matters. The team works cross-practice with finance and energy specialists.

Open to candidates with an existing portable practice; business origination and relationship management will be valued as part of long-term firm growth in the region.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law, with demonstrated work on development, leasing, and project/construction matters.
Experience advising on renewable energy or healthcare-related real estate projects a plus.
Proven track record of client relationship management and business development at the partner level.
Admission to practice in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain admission.
