Major national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Seattle real estate and construction practice. The role will work on a mix of transactional and dispute matters for institutional, developer and owner clients across the Pacific Northwest.

The team offers national platform support while handling regionally focused matters; the hire will have a front‑facing client role and collaborate with cross‑office specialists as needed. Portable practice and client relationships will be considered.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, development, construction contracts and disputes).
Proven client development skills and ability to manage and grow a portable practice.
Admissions or eligibility to practice in Washington state; strong commercial judgment and leadership experience.
