Ideal candidate will advise owners, developers, lenders and sponsors on finance-related real estate matters, large-scale developments and project work. This is a partner-level leadership role with responsibility for client development and practice growth.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Extensive transactional experience in leasing, development and construction matters
- Proven track record advising on healthcare, renewable energy or industrial projects
- Experience working with lenders, sponsors and institutional clients
- Strong business development and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
