Senior commercial litigator sought to lead and expand a regional Real Estate and Construction practice. The role focuses on construction dispute resolution, contract litigation, and related real estate matters for a busy Midwest practice group.

This is a partner-level position with responsibility for case management, courtroom advocacy, and developing business across the region. The successful candidate will join an established team handling contested matters across the construction lifecycle.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and real estate disputes
Proven trial and arbitration experience and strong courtroom presence
Demonstrated business development and client relationship track record in the region
Bar admission and ability to practice in Illinois (or ability to obtain admission)
